Project Assistant
Work location: Nusa Dua, Bali
Salary: IDR 3.5 mil – 5 mil
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, executing and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
- Assist in organizing project-related documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain project schedules and calendars, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and tracking expenses against budget allocations.
- Help prepare project-related materials, items, presentations, and communications.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project activities and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination roles.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.
- Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
Event Marketing Intern or Volunteer
Work location: Nusa Dua, Bali
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including fundraising campaigns, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase participation.
- Coordinate with partners, donors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure the success of events.
- Cold call and email potential donors or sponsors.
- Meeting with potential donors or sponsors.
- Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor negotiations, and participant registration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
- Provide administrative support and maintain organized records of event details.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
