Project Assistant

Work location: Nusa Dua, Bali

Salary: IDR 3.5 mil – 5 mil

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, executing and reporting. 
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
  • Assist in organizing project-related documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain project schedules and calendars, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and tracking expenses against budget allocations.
  • Help prepare project-related materials, items, presentations, and communications.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project activities and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination roles.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

 

Event Marketing Intern or Volunteer

Work location: Nusa Dua, Bali

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including fundraising campaigns, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase participation.
  • Coordinate with partners, donors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure the success of events.
  • Cold call and email potential donors or sponsors.
  • Meeting with potential donors or sponsors.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor negotiations, and participant registration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain organized records of event details.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for community development and environmental sustainability.
