Event Marketing Intern/Volunteer

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Event Marketing Intern or Volunteer to support the ROW for R.O.L.E. 5 fundraising event to uplift marginalized women of Indonesia out of poverty. The intern will help in finding donors or sponsors and organizing the events. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in marketing, event planning, and non-profit work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including fundraising campaigns, workshops, and community outreach activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase participation.
• Coordinate with partners, donors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure the success of events.
• Cold call and email potential donors or sponsors.
• Meeting with potential donors or sponsors.
• Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor negotiations, and participant registration.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized records of event details.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Experienced in event planning, organizing, and marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
